Manager External Relations

Position: Manager - External Relations (Emirati)

Location: Dubai

Position Type: Permanent & on-site

We are currently seeking a Manager - External Relations to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the organizations relationships with key external stakeholders, including government entities, industry partners, international delegations, and media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance external visibility and align with internal messaging.
• Manage media strategy for the Group CEOs office, ensuring positive media portrayals and managing crises when necessary.
• Coordinate the Group CEO's public engagements, including speeches, seminars, and panel discussions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with government officials, industry leaders, and policy influencers.
• Monitor and manage the Group CEOs public image and reputation across various media platforms.
• Support the development of strategic alliances with international organizations to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee the creation and dissemination of materials from the Group CEOs office, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the recruitment process and lead team development, including training and performance management.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Required: Minimum 8 years of experience in external relations, public relations, or a related field, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
• Preferred: Strong expertise in communication planning and execution.
