A reputable Dubai Government entity is seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Officer to support its Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities in line with UAE labor regulations and internal policies, ensuring the attraction and selection of qualified, high-caliber candidates who support the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to assess manpower needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Advertise vacancies through approved channels, including government portals and professional networks.
  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews in compliance with internal procedures.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments, providing professional evaluations to hiring departments.
  • Ensure compliance with Emiratization policies and recruitment standards.
  • Coordinate background checks, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system and generate periodic reports.
  • Represent the entity at career fairs and recruitment events to promote public sector career opportunities.
  • Stay updated with labor laws, market trends, and HR best practices in the UAE public sector.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the government or semi-government sector.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and Emiratization policies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
