Job Overview:
DOF is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Asset & Partnerships Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company's assets, as well as identifying and developing strategic partnerships to support our business objectives. You will work closely with our executive team and other departments to drive growth and maximize value for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the performance of our company's assets
- Conduct thorough analysis of our assets and provide recommendations for improvement and growth opportunities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with other companies and organizations to support our business objectives
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring they align with our company's goals and values
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation and execution of partnership initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, making adjustments as needed to ensure success
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to inform asset management and partnership strategies
- Communicate regularly with executive team and other departments to provide updates on asset management and partnership activities
- Manage a team of asset and partnership professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management and partnership development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing assets
- Experience in developing and managing partnerships in a business setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of industry trends and market developments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
