Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Emirati National) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach (cold calling, emails, and meetings).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.

  • Present, promote, and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their benefits and value.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company through effective negotiation and closing strategies.

  • Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer preferences and market trends.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up, ensuring excellent customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Working Environment

  • Combination of office-based and on-site client visits.

  • Flexibility in working hours based on client meetings and business needs.

  • Frequent client meetings (daily/weekly) to drive sales and build relationships.

  • Involvement in large-scale projects during key business growth phases.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Nationality: Open to UAE Nationals (Emirati only).

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Commerce, or a related field (Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education).

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, preferably with a technical background.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • A proactive and customer-centric approach.
