Are you passionate about driving excellence and institutional performance in the public sector? We're looking for a Corporate Excellence Specialist to join a leading Dubai Government entity and play a key role in implementing the standards of the D-Government Excellence Program.

Job Purpose:

Ensure effective follow-up, coordination, and implementation of excellence standards and performance indicators in alignment with the Government Excellence Program.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional:

  • Support the implementation of quality systems and institutional performance frameworks.
  • Organize workshops and training to promote excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate self-assessments and assist in bridging performance gaps.
  • Prepare employees and departments for participation in government excellence awards.
  • Develop and submit reports on performance, gaps, and improvement actions.
  • Support benchmarking and best practice analysis aligned with the Authority's strategic goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate procedures, processes, and suggest enhancements.
  • Assist in measuring stakeholder happiness in line with government directives.

Operational:

  • Analyze data and prepare performance insights for leadership decisions.
  • Identify and report operational risks and obstacles.

Financial:

  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Solid understanding of institutional development and quality systems.
  • Familiarity with the Government Excellence Program and award mechanisms.
