Job Description
Looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join a Free Zone team within a Dubai government entity. 

Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service by providing clear information, directions, and assistance to walk-in visitors and clients.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Free Zone services, procedures, and policies.

  • Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from clients and prospective customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.

  • Maintain records of all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues.

  • Keep internal documents and service guides up to date to support accurate information sharing.

  • Communicate relevant updates or changes in Free Zone operations to internal departments.

  • Oversee the reception area, ensuring timely and professional client service.

  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed.

Operating Environment

  • Office-based role with extended hours on a computer when required.

Education

  • Bachelors degree required.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.

  • UAE/GCC experience preferred, particularly within a government or Free Zone environment.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Familiar with EBMS and Oracle systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Trained in telephone etiquette and customer service excellence.
