Position Overview: As the HR Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's human resources strategy and driving the implementation of HR policies and processes. You will lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with senior management to attract, develop, and retain top talent for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement human resources strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives - Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent - Develop and oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies - Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and support to managers on performance management and improvement - Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Oversee the compensation and benefits program, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with industry standards - Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, training providers, and labor authorities - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances - Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions - Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations - Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies - Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of top talent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and people management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Fluency in English, both written and spoken - HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits such as health insurance, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
