Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cybersecurity Manager to join our client's team. This role is crucial in ensuring the security of our organizations digital infrastructure and protecting sensitive information from cyber threats. As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of cybersecurity strategies and initiatives across all business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect company data, networks, and systems from threats.
• Lead and manage the cybersecurity team to ensure efficient monitoring and response to potential threats.
• Perform regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, ensuring that appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
• Oversee security audits, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and manage incident response activities.
• Collaborate with IT and other business teams to align cybersecurity measures with overall business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies to safeguard the company against emerging threats.
• Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs to staff to promote a security-conscious work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 are highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, firewall administration, intrusion detection systems, and encryption techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with regional cybersecurity regulations and compliance standards in the UAE is a plus.
