Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Hours: 8 AM 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Type: Full-time, On-site
We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join a leading government entity in Dubai specializing in international events, exhibitions, and venue management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Present and demonstrate services effectively to potential clients
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market and client feedback to marketing and product teams
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
- Attend client meetings regularly (daily/weekly), both in-office and off-site
- Flexibility to adapt working hours during major project phases (subject to approval)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally with a technical focus
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
