Working Hours: 8 AM 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Type: Full-time, On-site

We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join a leading government entity in Dubai specializing in international events, exhibitions, and venue management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Present and demonstrate services effectively to potential clients
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide market and client feedback to marketing and product teams
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
  • Attend client meetings regularly (daily/weekly), both in-office and off-site
  • Flexibility to adapt working hours during major project phases (subject to approval)


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce, or related field 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally with a technical focus
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
