We're looking for a Manager Leadership Development for Dubai Government to design and implement impactful leadership programs across all levels from emerging leaders to senior executives. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a dynamic, future-focused healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking leadership development strategy aligned with our mission and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and HR to address evolving leadership needs and strengthen our talent pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify gaps to tailor development initiatives.
  • Design and deliver high-impact leadership solutions: workshops, coaching, e-learning, blended learning, and more.
  • Lead mentorship and coaching programs to cultivate leadership growth.
  • Evaluate program success through data-driven insights and refine based on best practices.
  • Support research, contribute to talent development projects, and engage in teaching and supervision through our Institute of Learning.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A strong background in leadership development, organizational learning, or talent management.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering comprehensive leadership programs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and innovation in leadership practices.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in leadership, healthcare leadership, adult education, curriculum design or equivalent.
  • Experience in both academic and learning and development functions
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in higher education and/or healthcare context.
