Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Head of Emiratization Strategy to lead and shape the Emiratization efforts for a government-owned airline based in Abu Dhabi. This role is integral to driving national talent initiatives and will be developed with the aim of transitioning into the Director of Emiratization position within two years.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Emiratization strategy aligned with the airlines goals and Abu Dhabi governments objectives.
- Foster a culture that supports the attraction, development, and retention of Emirati talent.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government entities and stakeholders.
- Represent the airline in Emiratization forums and discussions, advocating for impactful policies.
Operational Excellence:
- Drive the design and execution of programs aimed at integrating Emirati talent across all levels.
- Monitor and report on Emiratization KPIs to ensure alignment with targets.
Team Development:
- Lead a team focused on Emiratization, providing mentorship and fostering their growth.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams to design training, career development, and progression plans for Emirati employees.
Requirements:
- Nationality: Emirati (UAE National).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in leading Emiratization initiatives on a large scale within a reputable organization.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior government and organizational stakeholders effectively.
- Location: Willing to be based in Abu Dhabi.
