We are seeking AVP-Talent Acquisition for a leading organization in the UAEs real estate and investment sector to support its growing operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior roles across corporate and operational functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Proactively source, assess, and pipeline talent for both current and future workforce needs.
  • Contribute to broader talent acquisition strategy, including process improvement, employer branding, and recruitment technology implementation.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure a positive candidate experience and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure recruitment activities align with governance standards, diversity goals, and organizational values.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 610 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within large organizations or high-growth sectors.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across various functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and advise business leaders.
  • Experience within real estate, investment, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and reporting.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for building strong talent pipelines.
