Job Summary:

Lead and direct the development of applications and digital systems, including planning, designing, developing, and maintaining internal and external applications. Ensure alignment with digital transformation strategy, meet organizational and customer needs efficiently, and promote innovation and performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee policies, procedures, and processes for application development
• Supervise technical studies and feasibility analysis for new systems
• Ensure development and maintenance of applications meet business needs
• Oversee application launches and deployment
• Improve and upgrade existing applications for future scalability
• Manage websites and mobile applications
• Oversee system integrations with government and private entities
• Supervise technical support and issue resolution
• Lead automation initiatives and process re-engineering
• Promote innovation using technologies like AI and smart automation
• Perform other assigned duties related to the role

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within government or semi-government organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent field
• Must have strong knowledge of modern technologies and best practices
• Must have skills in Applications and Systems Development Management
• Must have a family book
