We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – MEP with a strong Mechanical Engineering background to lead the successful delivery of major MEP projects in the UAE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong project leader with proven experience managing MEP construction, project execution, teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead MEP projects from mobilization through completion and handover
Manage project scope, programme, budget, quality, and resources
Oversee mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and associated MEP works
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
Lead project teams and ensure effective site execution
Monitor project progress, costs, procurement, and subcontractor performance
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, HSE requirements, and UAE standards
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Drive timely completion, quality delivery, and client satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – MEP
Strong background in MEP contracting and project execution
Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders
Strong commercial, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
UAE/GCC project experience is highly preferred
