Library Manager

Hiring a Library Manager for a government cultural entity in Dubai, overseeing library operations across multiple branches (Al Safa, Umm Suqeim, Hor Al Anz, Al Manakh, Hatta, Al Rashidiya, Al Twar, Al Ras).

What you'll do:

• Lead daily library operations, programs, and visitor services
• Grow the library's physical and digital resource collections
• Build partnerships with cultural and educational organizations
• Run community programs, book fairs, and events
• Manage a team of library specialists and officers
• Oversee library budgets and performance reporting

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Public Administration, Library and Information Science, Education, Project Management, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in service standards, community engagement, or public-facing operations also considered — direct library management background is a plus, not a strict requirement
