Role Summary
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow and manage relationships with corporate and multinational clients. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, proven sales experience, and the ability to achieve targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within corporate and multinational segments.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic growth initiatives.
Sales & Client Engagement
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and KPIs consistently.
- Develop strategic relationships with decision-makers across corporate and multinational organizations.
Account Management
- Maintain ongoing relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand client portfolios.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- 35 years of experience in Business Development targeting corporate and multinational clients.
- Proven experience meeting sales targets, KPIs, and quarterly goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
