Talents Tide is looking for a Chief Support Services Officer (CSSO) on behalf of its client in Dubai. This is a critical executive leadership role within a well-established group of companies, requiring a highly experienced professional with a strong background in managing shared services across complex, multi-entity organizations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing group-wide support functions, ensuring alignment with business strategy, governance frameworks, and operational excellence. This role will work closely with subsidiary CEOs and senior leadership teams to drive performance, efficiency, and value creation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all shared services functions across the group (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Administration)
  • Drive strategic planning, operational efficiency, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Oversee P&L performance and ensure strong financial and operational governance
  • Partner with subsidiary CEOs to support business performance and alignment with group objectives
  • Act as a key member of executive committees, including Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) and performance committees
  • Establish and strengthen governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Support organizational transformation, restructuring, and growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven executive leadership experience within large, diversified group structures
  • Strong expertise in shared services and corporate functions
  • Solid background in P&L management, governance, and performance oversight
  • Experience engaging with boards, committees, and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to operate at both executive and operational levels
