We're hiring a Senior Social Worker for a leading healthcare provider in Dubai. You'll assess patients' social and financial circumstances, connect them with the support they need, and help families cope with illness and treatment.

What you'll do

• Run social, economic and environmental assessments for patients and recommend the right services
• Keep patient social records up to date to support treatment plans
• Follow up with patients regularly and do home visits when needed
• Arrange medical supplies and charity referrals for patients facing financial hardship
• Give psychosocial support to patients and families
• Plan awareness programs and patient activities
• Coordinate with social services teams at other hospitals
• Prepare social reports, certificates and periodic statistics

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• 5 to 7 years of social work experience, ideally in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Valid CDA (Community Development Authority) license
• Knowledge of UAE social service laws and regulations
• Strong assessment, communication and report-writing skills
• Fluent Arabic and English
