Planning Manager -- MEP

We are seeking a high-calibre Planning Manager – MEP to take a senior role in driving project planning, programme performance, and project controls across major MEP construction projects in Dubai. This opportunity is suited to an accomplished planning professional who can operate at both strategic and project-delivery level, providing strong schedule leadership, forecasting, risk mitigation, and performance visibility to senior project stakeholders.

 Key Responsibilities

 Lead overall MEP project planning and scheduling

 Develop, manage, and maintain baseline programmes

 Manage project schedules using Primavera P6

 Monitor progress, productivity, milestones, and key deliverables

 Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, and management reports

 Conduct delay analysis, recovery planning, and mitigation strategies

 Coordinate planning activities with Project Managers, Construction Teams, Consultants, and Clients

 Support resource planning and project controls throughout the project lifecycle

 Requirements

 Engineering or relevant technical qualification

 Proven experience as a Planning Manager / Senior Planning Engineer – MEP

 Strong background in MEP contracting and construction projects

 Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and project scheduling

 Experience with large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, high-rise, or mixed-use projects

 Strong understanding of project controls, progress measurement, forecasting, and delay analysis

 UAE/GCC experience preferred

 Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills

 Location: Dubai, UAE

 Preference: Candidates currently based in the UAE; highly qualified international candidates may also be considered.
