We are now assisting them in recruiting an AR Accounting Officer to join their Finance team. Position Overview

The AR Accounting Officer will be responsible for managing the full accounts receivable process ensuring timely billing, accurate collection, and strong financial compliance. The role supports the Finance Manager in maintaining transparency, efficiency, and service quality within the schools accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end billing and collection process for tuition fees, activities, and other income streams.
  • Prepare revenue reconciliations and monthly billing collection reports for management and headquarters.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records for AR-related balance sheet accounts.
  • Issue and manage official financial documents, including tax invoices, receipts, credit notes, and statements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for parents and stakeholders on payment inquiries and billing matters.
  • Prepare journal entries, support month-end closings, and reconcile intercompany transactions.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing, preferably within an international or service-oriented environment.
  • Solid understanding of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and PDPA compliance.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good command of English and Thai, both spoken and written.
  • Professional, courteous, and service-minded personality.
