A world-class international fitness brand is arriving in Thailand! As we prepare to open our first clubs in Bangkok, we are building our core team and this is your chance to be on the ground floor of a global expansion.

We are looking for an HR Administration Manager to set up and manage HR and office operations, while helping shape the culture of a brand-new business in Thailand.

Location

  • Current office: Prawet District, Bangkok
  • Future home: Our flagship location on Witthayu Road (expected move-in January 2026)

What You'll Do

  • Lead HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, social security, payroll data, and benefits administration.
  • Oversee office operations: vendors, facilities, utilities, workplace services.
  • Support finance-related administration such as expense tracking and coordination with external accounting partners.
  • Act as a key liaison between the Bangkok office and international headquarters.
  • Help lay the foundation for a positive workplace culture and future growth.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years experience in HR & Administration (multinational experience preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRM/HRIS systems (e.g., TigerSoft, SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR).
  • Strong English and Thai communication skills (Chinese a plus).
  • Hands-on, proactive, and excited to take ownership of building something new.
