About the job Product Marketing Manager
Our client, a global leader in animal nutrition and feed additives, is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to drive innovation, product lifecycle management, and marketing excellence across the Asia region. This position plays a critical role in aligning technical expertise with market-driven strategies, ensuring successful product performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Lead product marketing initiatives to strengthen portfolio competitiveness and profitability.

Identify new product opportunities, re-launches, and range extensions based on market insight.

Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to define value propositions and sales enablement tools.

Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to launch to post-market evaluation.

Support sales execution through targeted marketing campaigns and customer training materials.

Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Supply Chain) to ensure market readiness and compliance.

Develop and maintain commercial and technical marketing materials (brochures, presentations, labels, etc.).

Manage budgets for product development and promotional activities.

Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Marketing, or Business.

Minimum 7 years of experience in product management or marketing within feed, agriculture, or animal health sectors.

Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen and project management skills.

Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.

Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools; fluent in English (Thai or other Asian languages a plus).
