The company supports customers that require safe, reliable, and technically sound solutions for process hygiene, disinfection, sterilization, food safety, and application-specific chemical treatment. Its customers include manufacturers, food processors, beverage producers, poultry-related businesses, equipment partners, distributors, and industrial users across Thailand and the region.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys combining commercial ownership with technical application understanding. You will not only manage accounts and sales opportunities. You will also work closely with customers to understand their process needs, support trials, solve application issues, and develop new business in targeted market segments.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Business Manager to develop and grow selected business segments across Thailand, with a focus on food and beverage processing, aseptic applications, poultry-related markets, hygiene and sanitation solutions, and selected industrial applications. You will manage business growth, key customers, channel partners, and technical-commercial activities. The role requires someone who understands how to sell value, protect margin, build trust with plant-level stakeholders, and translate technical applications into business opportunities. This is not a pure relationship sales role. It requires curiosity, technical confidence, and the ability to work with customers on real operating problems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Commercial Ownership
- Develop and manage business opportunities across food, beverage, dairy, poultry, aseptic, hygiene, sanitation, and related process industries.
- Own annual sales targets, account development, pricing discipline, and product margin.
- Identify new applications and market opportunities for specialty chemical and process hygiene solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, including decision makers in production, QA/QC, engineering, procurement, and plant management.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing movement, and customer requirements.
- Support business planning, forecasting, trade show participation, and market development activities.
Customer & Application Development
- Work with customers to understand their process, hygiene, disinfection, sterilization, or chemical application needs.
- Support product trials, customer testing, troubleshooting, and application improvement discussions.
- Provide technical-commercial support during customer visits, plant discussions, and solution presentations.
- Coordinate with internal technical, supply chain, regulatory, and commercial teams to support customer requirements.
- Help customers understand safe handling, application method, performance value, and operational fit.
Channel, OEM & Stakeholder Management
- Develop and manage distributor or channel partner relationships to support market coverage and business growth.
- Build relationships with relevant equipment partners, system providers, and OEMs in food, beverage, aseptic, and process applications.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on regulatory, dangerous goods, customs, logistics, and supply-related topics where relevant.
- Represent the company professionally in customer meetings, industry events, seminars, and technical discussions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- Around 8 to 15 years of experience in business development, key account management, technical sales, commercial management, or application-led sales.
- Experience selling into one or more of these areas:
- Food and beverage processing
- Dairy or aseptic processing
- Poultry, livestock hygiene, or food safety
- Industrial hygiene, sanitation, or disinfection
- Specialty chemicals or process chemicals
- Water treatment or dosing-related applications
- Food processing equipment, filling lines, or process systems
- Experience managing sales targets, pricing, margin, key accounts, and new business development.
- Experience working with distributors, channel partners, OEMs, or plant-level stakeholders is highly relevant.
Technical-Commercial Fit
- Able to understand customer processes and discuss application issues with technical credibility.
- Comfortable supporting customer trials, product testing, troubleshooting, training, or technical presentations.
- Exposure to hygiene chemicals, oxidizing chemistry, disinfection, sanitation, CIP/COP, dosing systems, aseptic sterilization, or process treatment solutions would be an advantage.
- Direct experience with peroxide, PAA, active oxygen chemistry, food plant hygiene, or aseptic applications would be highly relevant but is not the only route into the role.
Education & Language
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related technical field.
- MBA or business-related postgraduate qualification is an advantage, not a strict requirement.
- Good English communication skills for internal coordination, reporting, and regional communication.
- Thai language capability is expected for customer and local market engagement.

- You have no interest in plant environments, process applications, customer trials, or technical learning.
- You prefer managing a large team rather than directly owning business development and customer growth.
- You are looking for a purely strategic role without hands-on customer and market execution.
