YOUR ROLE

As Key Account Manager for Southeast Asia & Taiwan, you will be at the crossroads of multiple fast-evolving markets such as Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Taiwan. This is not just a sales role; its about orchestrating country-specific strategies, strengthening distributor partnerships, and building trust across cultures. You will have the unique opportunity to shape regional market share, bringing world-class solutions to diverse and competitive environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key distributors and direct customers across four markets.
  • Develop tailored sales and marketing strategies that respond to local industry needs.
  • Coordinate with partners to execute promotions, technical programs, and customer support.
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities, customer insights, and market conditions to adjust strategies quickly.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing structures, contracts, and internal policies.
  • Partner with the technical service team to deliver high-value solutions and ensure customer success.
  • Provide quarterly business reviews and annual strategic account plans to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in poultry genetics, feed, or animal health across Southeast Asia.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-country accounts and distributor networks.
  • Cross-cultural communication skills with adaptability to diverse markets.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages an advantage.
