YOUR ROLE
As Key Account Manager for Southeast Asia & Taiwan, you will be at the crossroads of multiple fast-evolving markets such as Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Taiwan. This is not just a sales role; its about orchestrating country-specific strategies, strengthening distributor partnerships, and building trust across cultures. You will have the unique opportunity to shape regional market share, bringing world-class solutions to diverse and competitive environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key distributors and direct customers across four markets.
- Develop tailored sales and marketing strategies that respond to local industry needs.
- Coordinate with partners to execute promotions, technical programs, and customer support.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities, customer insights, and market conditions to adjust strategies quickly.
- Ensure compliance with pricing structures, contracts, and internal policies.
- Partner with the technical service team to deliver high-value solutions and ensure customer success.
- Provide quarterly business reviews and annual strategic account plans to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of commercial experience in poultry genetics, feed, or animal health across Southeast Asia.
- Proven ability to manage multi-country accounts and distributor networks.
- Cross-cultural communication skills with adaptability to diverse markets.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages an advantage.
