About the Role
A global leader in animal nutrition and feed additives is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to strengthen sales and market share across Southeast Asia. The role combines regional sales execution with strategic account management of one of the industry's largest global integrators. You will oversee both regional accounts and a flagship global account, while coaching a high-performing team in Thailand to deliver commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share across Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos.
- Manage and grow strategic key accounts, including responsibility for one of the largest global integrators, while also developing emerging accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners across SEA.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements.
- Prepare forecasts, business reviews, and market insights for regional and global leadership.
- Provide coaching, training, and development support to a team of 6 to 7 veterinarians and sales professionals.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical functions to deliver integrated, solution-based offerings.
- Travel extensively across Southeast Asia to manage accounts and capture new opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in regional sales, key account management, or business development within animal nutrition, feed additives, animal health, or adjacent agribusiness sectors.
- Proven track record managing large integrator accounts; senior-level relationships with CP Group or similar integrators highly desirable.
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage in senior-level discussions on commercial strategy.
- Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing multicultural teams.
- Fluent in English; Thai language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within SEA.
