Your Role

As the Product Management Lead, youll take charge of a multi-country portfolio, working closely with local and global teams to ensure that the right products hit the right markets at the right time.

Youll lead a small but mighty team across Korea, China, and Southeast Asia, and act as the go-to person between technical, commercial, and supply teams. Whether it's launching a new innovation, reshaping the product lineup, or navigating cross-border prioritiesyour leadership will be at the heart of it.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the product strategy for vehicle refinish and commercial coatings across Asia, aligned with both local market needs and global direction.
  • Manage and coach a team of product managers located in China, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Guide them through lifecycle planning, new launches, and market transitions.
  • Work closely with R&D, supply chain, commercial, and marketing teams to align plans, solve problems, and deliver on growth targets.
  • Use market and competitor insights to fine-tune your approachwhether thats adjusting a portfolio or identifying new product opportunities.
  • Expect occasional travel (12 times/month) to collaborate with teams and customers in key markets such as China, Korea, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

Qualifications

  • Youve got 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in automotive, chemical, coatings, or industrial sectors.
  • You've managed multi-country portfolios or teams and know how to navigate both strategic priorities and day-to-day challenges.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycles, supply chain dependencies, and what it takes to move from idea to market.
  • You're great with numbers, Excel, and analyticsable to support decisions with solid data.
  • Youve led people before (ideally 4+ team members) and enjoy developing talent and creating structure.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are a mustespecially in working across cultures and departments.
  • If youve worked with project management frameworks or cross-functional innovation projects, that's a big plus.
