Your Responsibilities
- Drive sales of advanced cold storage and refrigeration solutions, targeting diverse clients across various industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within the cold storage and refrigeration sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide expert technical advice and product knowledge to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate customized proposals and quotations that align with client needs and business goals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and negotiating favorable terms.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
What Were Looking For
- 10+ years in sales within cold storage, refrigeration, or related industries, specializing in turnkey solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cold room solutions, refrigeration systems, and their design, installation, and maintenance.
- Experience in turnkey sales, managing the entire project from design to installation.
- Expertise in estimating project costs, including materials, labor, and resources for pricing and budgeting.
- Experience in equipment selection, particularly with ammonia (NH3) and/or carbon dioxide (CO2) refrigerants.
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Self-starter, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
