About Your Role
In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives while also partnering closely with the business to enhance employee development and organizational growth. Youll play a critical role in shaping the workforce strategy, focusing on recruitment and talent planning, while ensuring that leadership and employees receive the support they need to excel. This role is an exciting blend of 70% talent acquisition and 30% HR business partnering, enabling you to influence both the strategic and operational sides of HR.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process, ensuring strategic hiring initiatives align with the company's future needs.

Partner with business leaders to support employee development, coaching, and career progression.

Implement systems to identify high-potential employees and develop career paths for succession planning.

Work on strategic initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline for the organizations growth.

Provide HR support for business leaders, offering advice and training related to personal development plans.

Develop and implement strategies for continuous talent attraction and retention.

Manage the overall talent strategy to align with organizational goals and ensure seamless integration across business units.

Drive the HR review process and contribute to performance and career development initiatives.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR business partnering.

Proven success in driving talent acquisition strategies and managing recruitment processes.

Strong understanding of HR operations and business partnering in a complex organization.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to think strategically while executing operational HR tasks efficiently.

Experience working in a commercial or consulting role with strong analytical skills.

Proficiency in both Thai and English, with excellent IT skills, including MS Office and HR systems.
