Your Role

As the Manager of Creative & Visual Merchandising, you'll bring this vision to life. Your role is all about creating compelling retail environments, transforming empty spaces into dynamic, customer-centric experiences. From designing store layouts and captivating window displays to coaching store teams on maintaining the visual aesthetic, your work will be at the heart of customer engagement. Whether youre leading the design for new store openings or collaborating on seasonal campaigns, your creativity will be key to shaping the overall brand experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Create: Develop and implement a cohesive visual merchandising strategy, bringing the brands store themes to life and ensuring impactful displays across all retail locations.
  • Optimize Displays: Design attention-grabbing window displays, mannequins, signage, and in-store layouts that draw customers in and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Lead with Vision: Mentor and guide store managers and retail teams, ensuring a consistent visual standard and empowering them to bring your creative ideas to life.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to execute campaigns and promotions, ensuring all visual elements align with the brands identity.
  • Oversee Store Openings: Take charge of preparing new stores, from concept to execution, ensuring each new space reflects the brands vision and creates an unforgettable experience.
  • Innovate & Evolve: Leverage digital tools and visual software to create dynamic, engaging displays, continuously evolving your approach to stay ahead of retail trends.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 5 years in creative visual merchandising, with a background in the fashion retail industry or multi-brand environments.
  • Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to design impactful visual experiences and innovative store displays.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in visual software and digital content creation, with hands-on experience in designing window displays and managing in-store visuals.
  • Leadership: Experience leading and coaching teams, fostering a collaborative environment to execute creative visions.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Passion & Innovation: A passion for creativity and innovation, with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for design trends.
