As they continue to expand, they are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to strengthen their financial operations and drive efficiency in key accounting functions.

Your Role

As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial operations, maintaining compliance with both local and international accounting standards, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will lead a team of 2-3 accounting professionals, overseeing key financial functions such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Tax Compliance, and Cash Flow Management. Additionally, you will play a critical role in financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead statutory reporting, tax compliance, and financial statement preparation.
• Supervise AR/AP functions and maintain strong internal controls.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to support decision-making.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow and treasury management.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of accounting experience, with prior leadership responsibilities.
• Manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
