Your Role

As the Product Manager CCTV and Digital Signage, you'll oversee the end-to-end management of these product categories, ensuring their success in the market. This role requires innovative thinking, strategic planning, and the ability to deliver solutions that meet customer needs while driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer demands, and competitive insights.
• Develop and execute product strategies to strengthen the market presence of CCTV and digital signage solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define product requirements and oversee successful launches.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and retirements.
• Provide technical training and support to sales teams and channel partners.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and offer customized solutions.
• Monitor sales performance and optimize strategies based on actionable insights.

What You'll Bring

• Expertise in product management, market research, and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CCTV, digital signage, or related technologies.
• Knowledge of the Thai market and industry trends.
• Project management and leadership skills.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Bonus: Experience in B2B and direct sales management.
