Your Role
Imagine being the key driver behind bringing cutting-edge power distribution technology into the market. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will work closely with panel builders, system integrators, and end-users while also establishing relationships with consultants, designers, and contractors to ensure our clients Bus Bar Power Distribution systems are specified into projects.
Your expertise in electrical systems, sales strategy, and relationship-building will be crucial in winning new business, expanding the company's partner network, and influencing decision-makers. With a strong focus on technical sales and market development, you will play a critical role in helping the company achieve ambitious revenue and pipeline goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, particularly within the low-voltage power distribution sector (<1kV).
- Establish strategic relationships with consultants /designers, contractors and expand partnership with panel builders to ensure the company's technology is specified into major projects.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring continuous growth and market penetration.
- Achieve revenue targets through consultative sales and solution-based approaches.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, educating clients on the advantages of Bus Bar Power Distribution systems and how they integrate with existing infrastructure.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring the company stays ahead in the market.
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and leadership, to optimize sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and presentations, positioning the brand as a leader in power distribution solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design, engineering, or sales of power distribution systems (bus bar experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of technical specification processes experience in securing product inclusion in large-scale projects is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including consultants, designers, and contractors.
- Track record of success in industrial sales, particularly in power distribution, switchgear, or electrical panel systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in Thai (mandatory), with strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Own a vehicle for travel to client sites and project engagements.
