Your Role

As the Sales Manager, you will lead the sales function for our luxury villa developments located in Phuket - Rawai and Chalong areas, potentially more in Krabi and Huahin. You will be instrumental in driving sales performance, leading a high-performing team, and managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure with a strong emphasis on engaging high-net-worth individuals. Your local presence in or near the Rawai/Chalong area is essential to ensure proximity to the projects and deep understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Luxury Villa Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to luxury villa buyers, ensuring revenue targets are achieved and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support a results-driven sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer focus.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and partners, providing a seamless, concierge-style buying experience.
  • Local Market Expertise: Stay closely attuned to property market trends in Rawai, Chalong, and surrounding Phuket regions to provide valuable insights and competitive positioning.
  • Sales Operations Management: Oversee the full sales process from inquiry to contract signing, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, legal, finance, and project teams to support integrated sales and promotional initiatives.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Host property viewings, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate deals with discerning clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in real estate sales, preferably with a focus on luxury villas or high-end residential developments.
  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to the Rawai or Chalong area of Phuket.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire and manage a performance-oriented team.
  • Client Focus: Demonstrated success in working with affluent clientele, delivering bespoke service and building trust.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, French) is an advantage.
  • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury real estate and lifestyle living.
