Your Role
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, managing a dynamic sales team, and leading client and vendor engagements. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding market share, delivering tailored IT solutions, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for enterprise IT infrastructure, network solutions, and security services.
- Lead and mentor a diverse sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets and client satisfaction goals.

- Proven track record in managing sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
- Bilingual fluency in Thai and English is required.

This role involves managing and selling a broad range of enterprise-grade IT solutions. Key domains include:
- Enterprise Infrastructure: Servers, virtualization, hybrid cloud platforms (e.g., VMware, Microsoft Azure)
- Network Technologies: LAN/WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, network security (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet)
- Cybersecurity: Firewalls, endpoint protection, identity & access management, SIEM solutions
- Storage & Backup: SAN/NAS systems, disaster recovery, cloud storage
- Data Center Solutions: Rack systems, power and cooling, monitoring, and automation tools
