Your Role
As the Solution Business Consultant (Team Leader level), you will be at the forefront of product strategy and market enablement. Youll lead initiatives across product lifecycle management, partner collaboration, market analysis, and sales enablement for solutions such as document management systems, scanners, and enterprise automation software. Your role bridges business strategy and hands-on executionenabling teams to go to market with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth understanding of assigned products through training and research.
- Design and deliver product training to support sales effectiveness across Office Solutions and Digital Transformation platforms.
- Manage product lifecycle strategiesproduct selection, market positioning, pricing, and promotional planning.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to refine product strategy and improve service delivery.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve product issues and manage inventory readiness.
- Liaise with business partners to strengthen cooperation and align growth targets.
- Track technology trends and vendor updates to maintain competitive product knowledge.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives including brochures, case studies, and customer testimonials.
- Collaborate with regional offices and global partners to deliver localized marketing materials.
- Monitor product performance, generate sales reports, and participate in ISO-related quality initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, sales enablement, or solution marketing.
- Excellent command of MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple projects.
Technical Background
You should have familiarity or hands-on exposure to:
- Office Automation multifunction printers, document workflow, print management solutions.
- Digital Transformation Solutions document management systems (e.g., DocuWare), workflow automation, enterprise content solutions.
- Scanning Technology high-speed scanners and digital archiving tools.
- Sales Enablement Tools training delivery platforms, presentation tools, content libraries.
- ISO Standards participation in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 initiatives is a plus.
