Your Role

As a Technical Sales Representative, you'll be on the frontline of identifying new business opportunities, connecting with key automotive accounts, and helping clients succeed through customized coating solutions. You'll act as the vital bridge between customers and internal technical teams, making sure products align with performance expectations and opening doors to new possibilities across the region.
Responsibilities
- Expand market share within the automotive sector through proactive client engagement and project acquisition
- Identify and pursue OEM relocations and new production investments in Thailand
- Promote technical solutions and product offerings to new and existing clients
- Partner with internal labs and technical teams to support customer-specific product development
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations, acting as the primary point of contact
- Handle outbound prospecting, including cold calls and digital outreach
- Respond to technical inquiries and support client requirements throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any field (Chemistry or Engineering is a plus)
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience in coatings, resin, polymers, or related industries; or technical exposure in automotive manufacturing
- Mandarin Chinese communication skills (spoken and written) are required
- Comfortable with frequent customer site visits and occasional regional travel
- Experience using SAP or CRM tools is an advantage
