The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a premier property brand as it launches in one of Thailand's most sought-after coastal towns. As Sales Executive, you will be entrusted with introducing ultra-luxury villas to a discerning clientele, providing a seamless sales journey from first impression to handover. The ideal candidate thrives in high-touch environments, understands the expectations of affluent buyers, and knows how to sell not just a home but a lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Client Engagement. Identify and connect with potential buyers through referrals, walk-ins, online leads, and real estate partners.
  • Property Presentation. Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual property tours, articulating the value, design philosophy, and investment appeal of each villa.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing. Manage the negotiation process with integrity, aligning client interests with company goals to achieve successful closures.
  • Client Relationship Management. Nurture long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the buying process.
  • Market Intelligence. Stay current on property trends, local development news, and buyer behavior to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Team Collaboration. Work alongside the in-house marketing and design teams to support promotions, events, and brand storytelling.
  • CRM & Reporting. Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and client records in the companys CRM system.

Qualifications

  • 23 years of experience in luxury real estate, high-end hospitality, or lifestyle sales
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Thai or other languages is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a polished, professional image
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing high-value sales processes
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with digital communications tools and CRM platforms
  • Willingness to be based full-time in the resort town or open to relocation
