Our client is an international fitness and lifestyle brand preparing to grow in Thailand. The company is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support local brand visibility, digital campaigns, social media content, and customer engagement.

You will work with local management, sales, operations, creative partners, and regional teams to support marketing activities that help attract new customers and build a strong brand presence in the Thai market.
About the Role
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support the planning and execution of digital marketing activities across social media, online campaigns, content, CRM communication, and basic performance reporting.
The role is suitable for someone who understands how digital marketing supports customer interest, inquiries, visits, and membership growth. You do not need to be a high-level strategist or a technical platform expert. The company is looking for someone practical, organized, creative, and comfortable working with different teams.
You will help adapt marketing ideas for the Thai market, coordinate content and campaigns, and track what works so the team keeps improving.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Support digital campaigns for brand awareness, promotions, events, and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate campaign materials, copy, visuals, posting schedules, and media activities.
- Work with internal teams, agencies, designers, and content partners to deliver marketing activities on time.
- Monitor campaign performance and share practical suggestions for improvement.
- Help ensure campaigns are clear, attractive, and relevant to Thai customers.
Social Media and Content
- Manage local social media content calendars and day-to-day posting activities.
- Support content ideas related to fitness, lifestyle, club facilities, trainers, classes, events, and member engagement.
- Adapt regional or brand materials into content that works for the Thai audience.
- Coordinate photo, video, short-form content, and simple campaign assets.
- Monitor comments, inbox messages, customer questions, and online engagement.
Lead Generation and Customer Interest
- Support digital activities that generate inquiries and customer interest.
- Coordinate with the sales or club team to understand customer feedback and lead quality.
- Help improve online messages, offers, and content based on customer response.
- Track basic lead sources and campaign results.
- Support online-to-offline activities such as trial registration, club visits, events, or membership inquiries.
CRM and Customer Communication
- Support customer communication through channels such as LINE OA, email, SMS, app notification, or CRM tools.
- Help prepare messages for new leads, trial customers, members, promotions, and reactivation campaigns.
- Assist with simple audience segmentation based on customer interest or campaign source.
- Help maintain clean customer and campaign data for follow-up.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to keep customer communication timely and consistent.
Website and Digital Touchpoints
- Support updates to website pages, campaign landing pages, Google Business Profile, and other digital channels.
- Check that online information is accurate and aligned with current promotions.
- Coordinate campaign links, forms, tracking, and basic online customer journeys with agencies or technical partners.
- Help make online registration and inquiry processes simple for customers.
Reporting and Market Updates
- Prepare simple reports on campaign results, leads, engagement, traffic, and channel performance.
- Share key observations from campaign data and customer response.
- Monitor competitor activity, fitness trends, and social media movements in Thailand.
- Keep campaign records, budgets, reports, and learnings organized.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, performance marketing, CRM marketing, or campaign coordination.
- Experience in consumer-facing industries is preferred, such as fitness, wellness, lifestyle, retail, hospitality, F&B, beauty, entertainment, education, or membership-based services.
- Hands-on experience with social media content, digital campaigns, or online lead generation.
- Good understanding of Thai consumer behavior and social media trends.
- Comfortable working with agencies, designers, content creators, or media partners.
- Able to organize campaign details, timelines, and basic reports.
Useful Platform Experience
Experience with some of the following would be helpful:
- Facebook / Instagram marketing
- TikTok content or advertising
- Google Ads or YouTube campaigns
- LINE Official Account
- Google Analytics or basic campaign reporting
- CRM or customer communication tools
- Social media scheduling tools
- Excel, Google Sheets, or simple dashboards
You do not need to know every platform. The most important thing is that you understand how to manage digital activities, check results, and improve based on data.
Language Requirements
- Thai: Fluent
- English: Good working level for email, reports, and coordination
- Mandarin Chinese: Advantageous, but not required
