Production Supervisor (Fabrication & Manufacturing)

About the Role

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya, supporting multiple customer-driven production programs across industrial and engineering-related sectors. They are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to strengthen shopfloor leadership. This role is suited for someone who is hands-on, technically grounded, and confident leading teams in a fabrication or process-driven environment.

Your Role

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities while ensuring smooth execution on the shopfloor.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervise day-to-day production operations and ensure work is completed on time and to required quality standards
• Lead and support production teams, ensuring clear direction and consistent output
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues on the shopfloor
• Coordinate with internal teams such as quality, maintenance, and planning to maintain smooth workflow
• Monitor production performance and identify practical improvements to efficiency and output
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with company standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in a practical, execution-focused manner

This is a hands-on supervisory role where your ability to manage people and solve problems quickly will be key to success.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for candidates who bring a combination of leadership and technical relevance to the production environment.

Key requirements:

• At least 2–5 years of experience in a Production Supervisor or similar role
• Background in manufacturing, fabrication, metal work, or related industrial processes
• Exposure to welding, metal fabrication, or special processes such as bending, coating, or treatment
• Strong problem-solving ability and confidence handling shopfloor challenges
• Ability to lead and manage frontline teams effectively
• Good communication skills, including basic working English for internal coordination

Nice to Have

• Welding certification or hands-on welding experience
• Experience in fabrication processes such as laser cutting, turret punching, bending, machining, or painting
• Exposure to structured manufacturing environments or process improvement initiatives

Location & Working Conditions

• Location: Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM (with flexibility)
