Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join the IT Infrastructure team, focusing on data center solutions. This role combines technical understanding and consultative sales, working closely with design consultants, contractors, and end-users to position our clients products and solutions into major projects.

The role covers a portfolio of IT racks, power distribution units (PDUs), cooling systems, and aisle containment solutions, all critical to ensuring optimal performance of modern, high-capacity data centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in the data center infrastructure market.
  • Build strong relationships with design consultants, contractors, and system integrators to influence product specifications at the design stage.
  • Engage with enterprise customers and data center operators to promote solutions in racks, cooling, and power distribution.
  • Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to customers.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are translated into effective solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • 37 years of experience in sales, technical support, or business development within IT infrastructure, data centers, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of 19-inch racks, cooling systems, power distribution, and containment solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Thai; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Must hold a valid drivers license and be willing to travel for client visits.
