About the Role

A newly created leadership role that merges two critical functions Marketing and Technical to deliver integrated commercial and technical value to customers across Asia Pacific. This position will lead a diverse, multi-country team covering marketing strategy, technical services, and product portfolio management. The mandate is to shape market positioning, drive commercial excellence, and develop a strong technical-marketing interface to support growth in the feed additives business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define strategic how to win approaches, including market positioning, value proposition, and portfolio direction.
  • Integrate technical services with marketing strategy to provide innovative, solution-based offerings to customers.
  • Lead the development of annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring execution in alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive commercial excellence, including route-to-market strategies, pricing frameworks, and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insight analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional teams covering downstream marketing, product program management, and technical expertise by species/solution.
  • Act as part of the senior leadership team, contributing to business direction and regional management discussions.
  • Develop team capabilities, ensuring effective collaboration across cultures, functions, and geographies.

Qualifications & Background

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition, or related scientific discipline.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing and/or technical management within animal nutrition, feed additives, vaccines, or related agri-science industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen with prior exposure to P&L management.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse and multicultural teams. 
  • Experience linking technical expertise with marketing/commercial strategy. 
  • Culturally agile with excellent communication skills in English; other regional languages are an advantage.
