About the Role:

Marketing and Graphic Design (65%)

  • Lead, set and maintain the company long term brand guideline and corporate image
  • Strengthen the Vision, Mission and Value as core DNA of the company
  • Fully responsible for online and offline marketing activities (e.g. FB, Instagram, Business Development Materials in ppt. or pdf format)
  • Responsible from content development, in-house graphic design, down to execution.
  • Lead and set marketing directions / strategies for growth; set objectives
  • Plan out full year marketing calendar (i.e. X’mas, CNY, company anniversary)
  • Analyse data and insights to guide, or fine tune existing strategy
  • Online research and social media monitoring; research competitors for effective communication tools and formats
  • Coordinate with internal parties to implement ad hoc promotional when needed

Operations support (20%)

  • Support on CV formatting & conduct reference checks (if needed)
  • Invoicing and follow up of overdue invoices.

HR & Administration Support (5%)

  • Provide secretarial support to Director such as scheduling offsite appointments
  • Generate business performance reports and ppt
  • Ordering of office supplies and equipment, and organise any team entertainment/gatherings.
  • Make preparation and give induction for new teammates’ onboarding
  • Any other ad hoc duties


Requirements:

  • 3 years working experience in graphic design or advertising
  • Good coordination, communication and writing skills (Cantonese, Mandarin, English)
  • Proficient in computer skills, MS Office and Chinese and English typing
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Degree or above in Graphic / Multimedia design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Advertising or related disciplines with good design skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiar with online social media advertising / promotions
  • Experienced in photo retouch, animation, motion graphic and video production is a plus
  • Creative, self-motivated, details oriented, responsible & eager to learn
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to handle multi-projects under pressure and tight schedule independently
  • Good command of written English and Chinese and Spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
