Regional Growth Lead — Betting & Community (Thailand / Vietnam / Indonesia / Rest of SEA)

Hiring regional operators plugged into betting communities to bring real users into an on-chain prediction market.

What You'll Do

Own user acquisition + community growth in your local market

Activate and manage:

Telegram / Discord communities

affiliate networks

betting/trading groups

Drive first 1,000 10,000 real traders

Identify and push locally relevant events (sports, influencers, cultural moments)

Execute on-the-ground GTM:

KOL/KOC partnerships

community campaigns

grassroots distribution

What We're Looking For

Background in:

Sports betting platforms (e.g. Dafabet / SBOBET)

Affiliate / community-driven growth ecosystems

Real-money gaming / event-based platforms

Deep access to:

local betting or trading communities

Telegram group ecosystems / affiliate channels

Strong understanding of:

user behavior in betting environments

what drives repeat participation despite losses

What Makes You a Fit

You already own distribution, not building from scratch

You know how to move users, not just attract them

You are deeply local (language, culture, behavior)

Nice to Have

Exposure to crypto / DeFi / wallets

Experience onboarding users into new platforms
