GTM & Growth Lead — Crypto x Betting Hybrid (Asia)

Hiring a GTM lead who understands both trading and betting — to build the first real liquidity + user engine for an Asia-first prediction market.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end GTM strategy across Asia for a decentralized prediction market

Translate betting behavior on-chain trading flows (odds, pricing, positioning, settlement)

Design and execute liquidity + user growth loops (traders, LPs, event creators)

Work closely with product to:

optimize market design (spreads, incentives, listings)

improve trading experience & retention loops

Launch and scale high-frequency event markets (sports, macro, entertainment)

What We're Looking For

Experience in ONE of the following:

Crypto exchanges (e.g. Binance / Bybit / OKX)

Prediction markets (e.g. Polymarket)

Sports betting platforms (with strong trading / odds exposure)

Strong understanding of:

trading psychology (PnL, leverage, positioning)

odds / probability pricing

liquidity-driven products (AMM / exchange / marketplace)

Proven ability to:

take products from 0 early traction

design incentive systems that drive real trading activity

operate in fast, ambiguous environments
