About the Company

A next-generation decentralized finance platform building a universal private credit and yield ecosystem that merges institutional-grade strategies with the accessibility and transparency of DeFi.

Having grown from $0 to $160M TVL in under six months profitably the team is now gearing up for its token launch and global capital expansion. This role will drive all capital partnerships, fund inflows, and institutional relationships that define the next phase of scale.


The Opportunity

As Capital BD Lead, youll own the end-to-end growth of our capital base from identifying strategic partners and allocators to designing inflow structures and retention mechanisms. Youll work closely with the CEO and product teams to architect capital pipelines, execute liquidity programs, and build the relationships that fuel long-term sustainability.

This isnt a sales role. Its a mix of dealmaking, product sense, and capital markets intuition turning liquidity strategy into growth.


What Youll Do

  1. Capital Partnerships & Fundraising

    • Source and close partnerships with funds, family offices, DAOs, and institutional investors.

    • Build liquidity pipelines across CEX/DeFi integrations, custodians, and on/off-ramp providers.

    • Coordinate listings, vaults, and campaign-based inflow structures (Launchpools, Earn, etc.).

  2. Institutional Strategy & Ecosystem Growth

    • Lead outreach and deal structuring with custodians, exchanges, and RWA or credit platforms.

    • Build co-marketing and co-investment frameworks that create long-term alignment.

    • Work cross-functionally with product and marketing to design capital acquisition campaigns.

  3. Analytics & Reporting

    • Track and analyze TVL performance, inflow velocity, and partner ROI.

    • Maintain a structured CRM and reporting cadence for all capital deals.

    • Provide insights that inform future product and incentive design.


What Were Looking For

  • Experience in business development, capital raising, or investor relations (crypto, fintech, or asset management).

  • Proven experience sourcing and closing multimillion-dollar inflows or institutional partnerships.

  • Deep understanding of DeFi yield products, liquidity programs, and capital market dynamics.

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills; capable of translating deal terms into scalable systems.

  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones with founders, funds, and institutions.


Bonus:

  • Existing network among funds, DAOs, or family offices.

  • Experience at a CEX, yield protocol, or RWA platform.

  • Familiarity with compliance and KYC frameworks for capital onboarding.
