We're building Solanas trading layer a high-performance DEX offering Perpetual Futures, Spot Trading, and Lending. Faster than centralized exchanges and fully transparent on-chain, weve already facilitated over $15B+ in trading volume.

Our team comes from HFT firms, top Silicon Valley companies, and major crypto exchanges. Backed by Electric Capital, Jump Capital, Race Capital, Wintermute, and others, were scaling aggressively and looking for someone who can help us bring in the next wave of on-chain traders.

About the Role:
As BD Lead, youll be responsible for expanding our trader base, driving high-impact partnerships, and activating top affiliates and KOLs. Youll be on the front lines building long-term relationships with power users and liquidity drivers.

What Youll Do:

• Source, onboard, and manage relationships with perps traders, trading groups, and DAOs

• Build and grow an affiliate and KOL network tailored to high-intent users

• Run and iterate on referral, rewards, and incentive structures to attract sticky volume

• Collaborate with product and marketing to shape user-facing initiatives

• Attend conferences, host ecosystem calls, and drive visibility in DeFi communities

• Serve as the voice of high-value partners internally influencing roadmap and priorities

What Were Looking For:

• Strong experience in BD or partnerships at a crypto exchange, perp DEX, or DeFi protocol

• A personal network of active traders, KOLs, and community operators

• Deep understanding of on-chain trading and what moves liquidity

• Sharp communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to move quickly and close high-leverage partnerships independently

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Solana ecosystem or other high-performance chains

• Exposure to incentive design, trading referral programs, and ambassador initiatives

• Prior hands-on experience with perpetuals or margin products
