The Role

Were looking for a driven Part-Time BD to help us expand our client network. Youll identify promising founders, early-stage projects, and scaling teams in the Web3 space then connect them with Talent@Web3s recruitment services. This is a great opportunity to grow your BD skills and build your own network in crypto.

What Youll Do

• Source new client leads (early-stage founders, VCs, crypto projects)

• Research companies that are scaling and likely to hire

• Draft outreach messages and run outbound BD campaigns

• Manage and update our pipeline (CRM, Notion)

• Coordinate intro calls and support the lead consultant

• Assist with market research and warm introductions

Requirements

• Strong interest in crypto, startups, and talent/recruiting
