BD Lead (Web3 & AI)

The platform is open-source, developer-first, and built for performance.

Key Goals:

• New Partnerships: Close 510 strategic partners within 6 months, targeting $500K+ in contract value

• Revenue Impact: Drive 20%+ of new compute usage (vCPUs / GPUs) via partnerships

• Lead Growth: Add 30+ qualified leads monthly

• Enterprise Deals: Close 10+ enterprise accounts in your first year

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify Web3 AI, ZK, and confidential computing projects that require scalable compute or trustless infra

• Own the BD motion: outreach, relationship-building, pitch, negotiation, and close

• Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to turn partnerships into revenue

• Explore and experiment with GTM models (e.g. co-marketing, integrations, reseller programs)

• Represent the company in industry events and key ecosystem conversations

What Were Looking For:

• 3-7 years of experience in BD, sales, or partnerships ideally in Web3, AI, or Cloud infrastructure

• A strong personal network across crypto-native infra, AI projects, or dev platforms

• Proven track record of deal execution and relationship management

• Bonus: familiarity with confidential compute (e.g. TEE, MPC, ZK)

• Are a high-energy, proactive hunter who doesnt wait for leads

• Are fluent in technical differentiation you know how to sell infra, not just logos

• Drive revenue as a first principle and thrive in fast-moving ecosystems

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: $80-120K USD

• Commission: 5-10% of revenue from deals you close
