Job Description

The project is seeking talented, mission-driven AI Engineers to innovate within a decentralized AI ecosystem. Youll build intelligent agents, develop backend systems, and integrate LLMs to power personalized, on-device AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Workflow Optimization Design agent workflows combining structured/unstructured data into knowledge graphs and embeddings

  2. Backend Development Build scalable backend systems and APIs for model interaction pipelines

  3. Framework Innovation Extend beyond Langchain/LlamaIndex for tool-making and AI orchestration

  4. Model Integration Work with LLM APIs to enhance retrieval, embedding, and function-calling use cases

  5. ML Application Use PyTorch and other frameworks to process data and power personalization

  6. Model Tuning & Deployment Fine-tune and deploy language/action models for diverse use cases


Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters in CS, AI, or related fields

  • Proficient in Python, Java; experience with ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow

  • Experience with model deployment (cloud, containerized, or mobile)

  • Familiar with knowledge graphs, embeddings, and frameworks like Langchain

  • Collaborative, fast-paced team player


Bonus Points

  • Experience with NLP and LLMs

  • Familiarity with MLOps tools

  • Experience with model interpretability and A/B testing
