The Opportunity

We are seeking a Head of Business Development to drive growth for our Liquidity Solutions business across the Americas. In this role, you will fully own the business development process proactively identifying new clients and opportunities, building a trusted network, and leading high-impact engagements throughout the cryptocurrency ecosystem.

You will manage external relationships, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and develop bespoke client solutions using our proprietary, best-in-class technology all while growing and mentoring a team that delivers an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Design and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the crypto and Web3 sectors.

  • Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with blockchain projects, fintechs, and other key industry players.

  • Distribution: Identify synergistic opportunities across venture investments, liquidity provision, and algorithmic execution.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint trends, risks, and opportunities within the crypto landscape.

  • Market Making Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of market making to develop tailored solutions for partners.

  • Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing BD team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align business development efforts with company goals through close collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering teams.

  • Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and track progress, reporting directly to the executive team.

  • Network Expansion: Actively represent the firm at industry events to enhance visibility and build thought leadership.
